Use texturing to pop the image and scratching to make outlines or details.
I saw this method somewhere on the internet or maybe a book. It is rather interesting what you can get out of scrap clay. And I am no artist. I let the clay make the picture for me.
I may give these away mounted on cards or as ornaments or keep them, they are too cool.
